Returns
It happens- sometimes, it doesn't work out. We want you to love your purchases from Lucuma. We offer exchanges and store-credit options for items returned up to 14 days from the online delivery date and 7 days for in-store purchases.
Items bought with discount codes, during flash sales, or at a discounted price are considered Final Sale. These cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
For sanitary reasons, accessories like jewelry, earrings, and swimwear are also Final Sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return:
We will send you a return label via email. This label will be deducted from your store-credit balance. Should you choose to exchange for a different size, please mention this in your email and we will hold it for you for 7 days. Exchanges made within 7 days will have a reduced shipping rate of $5.
Items must meet our return standards:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Free of stains, scents, and smells
- No deodorant stains, perfume smells, or body odor.
- No rips or tears
- All original tags must be attached, with no exceptions.
- Cannot exceed more than 10 returns within 12 months
Shipping
Shipping costs for exchanges are a flat $5. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery per the noted tracking info.
In Store Pick-Ups
Your 7 day return window begins the day the order is ready for pickup. You will receive an email when it's ready for pickup. (orders are usually ready within 48-72 hours after being placed).
We encourage you to try on your pick-up item to ensure the fit is as expected!

PRE-PAID LABELS: We would love to make this easy for you. If you prefer a pre-paid shipping label at the time of your return, we will gladly prepare it for you. The labeling cost will be deducted from your refund total.
