It happens- sometimes, it doesn't work out. We want you to love your purchases from Lucuma Boutique! We offer two options for items returned up to 14 days from the online delivery date and seven days for in-store purchases.
REFUND ON ONLINE PURCHASES: We will refund your purchase to the original payment method within 14 days of delivery. EXCLUDING all shipping costs.
REFUND ON IN-STORE PURCHASES: There is a 7-day window from the date of purchase to return in-store, and we will refund your purchase to the original payment method.
Returns do not apply to the sale, discounted items, discount codes, jewelry, swim and handmade garments.
All sales are final. Once we have reviewed each piece, we will process your refund.
2. Exchanges or store credit
Free shipping on store credit or exchange; we will ship it back at no cost.
Items must meet our return standards:
- Free of stains, scents, and smells
- No deodorant stains, perfume smells, or body odor.
- No rips or tears
- All original tags must be attached, with no exceptions.
- Cannot exceed more than ten returns within 12 months
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, and you will be responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

PRE-PAID LABELS: We would love to make this easy for you. If you prefer a pre-paid shipping label at the time of your return, we will gladly prepare it for you. The labeling cost will be deducted from your refund total.
