Refund

• Online Purchases: Refunds to the original payment method within 14 days of delivery, excluding shipping costs.
• In-Store Purchases: Refunds to the original payment method within 7 days of purchase.
• Exclusions: Sale items, discounted items, discount codes, jewelry, swimwear, and handmade garments. All sales are final.
• Process: Once reviewed, we will process your refund.

Exchanges or Store Credit

• Free shipping on exchanges or store credit returns; we will ship back at no cost.
• Return Standards: Items must be unused, unwashed, free of stains, scents, and smells, no deodorant stains, perfume smells, or body odor, no rips or tears, all original tags attached.
• Limit: No more than ten returns within 12 months.

Shipping

• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• You are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
• Return Process: Visit lucuma.myreturnscenter.com to start your return.
• Pre-Paid Labels: We can provide a pre-paid shipping label, with the cost deducted from your refund.
