Shipping policy

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 2 pm EST, on weekend days, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. 

Lucumaboutique.com offers two shipping options for delivery within the United States. All packages are shipped via UPS and USPS and we offer the following shipping options:

• USPS Priority Shipping (3-5 Days)
• USPS Expedited Shipping (1-2 Days)

Shipping is FREE for orders over $100, this does NOT include expedited. 

We as merchants are NOT liable for any lost/stolen or incorrect addresses merchandise, once we ship the item, USPS is responsible for the shipment.

For lost or stolen packages please track your bag. Refer to your shipping confirmation email and find the TRACKING number. Then you must call USPS (1-800-275-8777) with your tracking number for further information. USPS will look into it and help you locate it as soon as possible.
